The location was good.

Upon my arrival at 5pm I found that the room had not been cleaned and prepared for a new guest. Bed was a mess, with hair and dirt on the sheets, dirty walls. Floor was dirty everywhere. The bathroom was also dirty, broken wall tiles, used dirty towels on the ground. Staff could not tell me when cleaners were expected. I waited 2 hours until 7pm for cleaners to arrive and left for 1 hour till 8pm to let them work. I asked them to vacuum and mop the floors which I am sure they did not do since I still saw the same dirt and hair after I returned. Bathroom was also less clean than I expected even after the cleaners finished. My whole evening was filled with stress from this situation. I think this shows a lack of respect on behalf of BQA to their guests. The fact that the staff does not even have the decency to notify a guest before their arrival that their room is not cleaned and finished is also a bit ridiculous in the hospitality industry. A person pays money so when they arrive at a location it is clean and ready for them to relax not stress over when cleaners will come to clean the previous persons garbage. I expect BQA to refund me one night's stay like was promised and I might consider staying at a different location again in the future.

The location is central. Eyal was very efficient and helpful and even offered me a sightseeing list.

I left a day early and moved to a hotel. The photos portrayed here on booking.com do not reflect the reality. The walls especially by the bed is, dirty - marks and scratches. The bed splits in the middle and sinks in. In the shower, the wall is cracked off, and it looks like something will come out of it. The sink is all scratched! There are wires exposed coming out of the TV. There was no effort to fix or try to make the place look like the pictures. I am very disappointed. Wouldn't you expect to see what you saw in the pictures? And lastly, there was not a good energy in there.

it looks so cool in the photos but.. • the apartment is not air-conditioned, there is only a fan. It was not enough to cool the room, especially at night, because the bed is behind the glass, so there is no air flow. • badly designed bathroom. After a shower there is water all over the bathroom floor. No practical stuff like floor towel, rug or mop. • some equipment from the photos are missing • too soft bed (for us)

The host was very professional and friendly. We felt very comfortable.

I have no complaints.

The bed is super comfortable and the property is easy to access. Eyal is very easy to talk to and a great host. His recommendations and help made my stay easy.

The property is very new and clean. Super comfortable, but there was a strong smell coming from the toilet. I don’t believe is anything with the property per se but the building.
