The building is extremely neglected, with no maintenance or renovations since it was built over 80 years ago. It looks run-down and unsafe. I have attached photos I took from which you can see how the building is severely neglected. Floors & Railings are unstable, with makeshift “repairs” that pose a real risk of collapse. Stairways: Most steps are broken or uneven; I personally tripped twice while using them. This is in addition to low lighting, makes it extremely difficult to see where you’re stepping. Lastly, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, requiring you to climb 68 old Dangerous stairs! Please see the attached photos I took.

The apartment was in an amazing location, and extremely quiet at night, even though we were right next to the ruin bars. The decor was very cool.
