Angel's Apartman

Great placement, is very close to New York Cafe and we went to Puskas Arena by foot. Also, very close metro station and you can use it to visit Budapest. I parked my car when I arrived (there were a lot of parking lots near the house) and I didn't move it until I left.

It was a bit chilly, especially for summer. If you like escaping the summer heat, it's the perfect spot. However, if you prefer staying warm, like my girlfriend does, it might not be the best choice for you.

The host was super responsive and helpful, she allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment before the check-in time, there's a washing machine in the property, the apartment was generally clean, everything is well prepared for.

there were stains on the towels, the a/c didnt really work, we had to squeeze in the sofa bed downstairs because it was too stuffy to sleep in the bed upstairs, since it's summer we had great difficulty sleeping due to the heat, and although the place is quite safe, it felt a little scary coming back after it got dark because there was no light at all in the courtyard.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our visit (close to Nikola Tesla Highschool). Also, metro station Blaha Lujza is just a couple of minutes away, so you can be on the other side of the city in no time. Very peacefull (for those who wish to rest) since the street itself is quiet + the apartment is not street oriented. The host has kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out, so we were free to explore the city some more before our departure. We would come back to this property!!!

There was a persistent slightly unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom, although the bathroom is new. Having bathroom ventilation helped! The stairs leading to one of the beds (mezonette style) were overly squeaky, I would like to point out that these are just our observations, not complaints! Our overall impressions are positive!

During our stay everything was great. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The owner was very kind and clear in explaining how to access the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place.

Modern, clean, quite spacious apartment in an old but beautiful building by Gellert. Very close to tram and Cafe New York and convenient to getting anywhere. The host was responsive and overall I really liked the place- ideal for a short stay for a group of friends or a family.

Minor things- despite the rennovation there was a little smell & the top floor bed is really close to the ceiling. Might be a little tricky if you’re tall/claustrofobic or want to go to sleep earlier when the walking from upstairs neighbours might be a bit louder.

Superb arrangement to give family space yet also be together. Great location with bars, restaurants, transport nearby. Monika was brilliant with communication and flexibility. The place had everything you could possibly need as well as being super clean.

Beautiful apartment, very modern with everything you need in a good location. I was with my son and it was more than adequate for 2 people. Hosts provided all information ahead of arrival which it made everything very easy. I would highly recommend this apartment.
