Dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro e asse da stiro, phon, forno a microonde). Bellissimo piano forte presente in camera da letto, riscaldamento adeguato nonostante il freddo eccessivo esterno.

Ascensore troppo veloce e poco sicuro.

Bona ubicació. Es troba a un carrer força transitat però no es senten sorolls, té molt bon aillament. Neteja correcte, la cuina equipada amb tot el necessari i més. El grup de quatre amigues hem estat còmodes. Bona comunicació amb la propietat. Per repetir.

Tot ha estat bé. Per dir alguna cosa, renovaria algun dels llençols baixers dels llits.
