Samo štedilnik je bil ok.

Ko se tuširaš je cela kopalnica mokra, zaradi napačno postavljenega odtoka. Roloji v spalnem delu so bili polomljeni. Vhodna vrata so kot balkonska, brez ustreznega zastora, ki daje neprijeten občutek. Na sliki je bil prikazan pralni stroj, v stanovanju ga ni bilo. Prenizko postavljena pipa, da komaj umiješ kozarec, kaj šele posodo.

Csenedes, nyugodt környék. 2 személyes apartman, nem zavar senki más. Könnynen megközelíthető, parkolni is lehet. A településen mindenféle üzlet megtalálható amire szükség lehet.

A fürdőszobára ráférne egy felújítás. Illetve egy törölköző szárító, Ugyanis csak a hálóban van fűtés, így a fázósabbaknak a fürdő hideg a hidegebb időszakokban.
