Stylish Loft with BALCONY

Spacious, stylish and nothing superfluous. The apartment matches the photo. We were given an early check-in, for which we thank you very much.

Everything about the apartment was incredible. From the start, we had someone meet us to hand us over the keys and show us the key features of the apartment. There was absolutely everything we needed, from a Nespresso coffee machine, to a smart TV for a quiet night in. The open plan design is brilliant, with the kitchen and the living room and bedroom all seamlessly in the same space. The balcony was also great to watch life go buy, especially next to the Oktogon square. This ties on to the location - with perfect access to public transport as soon as you step out of the door. Trams, metro and bus stops were all within a 3 minute walking distance. I couldn't speak any more highly of this apartment, and the service given by Paulo and Luca.

The flat is in a central location, very close to public transport, restaurants and tourist attractions. The hosts, Paolo and Luca have been extremely flexible and polite, they let us get in the property earlier and leave it later than it was initially agreed, thank you again for everything l. The property itself is really tastefully designed, the furnitures are really comfortable and good quality. The cleanliness in the bathroom and the kitchen was spotless, the kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary stuff.

When we arrived the Landlord was there in person to meet and show us around. He explain how everything worked and where everything was. Made us feel at home immediately.

The entrance to the building needs a serious upgrade and cleaning. Front door is old, but can still be sanded down and cleaned. There was dog poe just outside the step at the door. Rubbish and dirty tiles. Going into the building the entrance hall looks shocking. The stairs going up to the apartments are so dirty it looks disgusting. The street noise, busses, trems, took some adjustment to get used to. Little patio needs tiling and new furniture.

Really good location, two minutes from metro. All you might need like supermarket, restaurant, bar, public transport... just in short walk distance. And really pleasant owner. Recommend.
