The room was good, better than average. Even a small TV on the wall. I wish there was a kettle to boil water for a tea.

Room nr. 3. 1) Privacy issues 2) Construction works 3) windows. Detailed version: 1) I did not like that the property manager has no email address dedicated to this business. It costs nothing to create. The initial option offered was a WhatsApp number to send a copy of ID. Only after my request I got a... Gmail address. I don't think Gmail or WhatsApp need to have a copy of my ID. Also, I was in the street waiting the check-in time but the owner did not respond for some 30 mins. I lost almost 1 hour before I could occupy the room because of these. 2) Massive renovation works at the time of my stay (October 29, 2025) meant that the construction workers under the flat, within the building were loading and dropping some materials up till 22:00. My bad luck I was in need for an afternoon sleep... and actually tried to sleep which is worse than not sleeping at all. Result = exhausted. 3) The windows are modern, still some noise of passing cars was present. 4) Minor esthetic thing: the bed's footboard top rail had some damage which can be removed in 10 mins using a 5 EUR spray paint. A chip on the floor --> same.
