Tényleg a Város közepén van, Nagyon színvonalas Múzeum a szomszédban, 20 méterre! Szinház, Tiszapat, Pláza, Piac, Vendéglők, Cukrászdák, Kávézók 15 perces sétaúton belül!

A lakás nagyon tiszta, rendezett, konfortos, kényelmes, világos, konyha nagyon jól felszerelt, edények, tányérok, poharak nagy választékban vannak, talán az alapvető konyhai füzerek skáláját lehetne elérhetőbbé tenni.
