Quiet charming apartment near the center

apartment is a bit smaller in real life than expected trough the pictures. nevertheless still room enough for 2 persons! more than 2 is not ideal in my opinion. everything what you need is available i think: own private bathroom with toilet, little shower and washing table. little kitchen with hob, microwave and refrigerator. washing machine was also available (haven't used it). a television is also in the room. for me it was not that interesting because i think there were only hungarian channels :D With a laptop maybe you can stream something via hdmi-cable. airconditioning is available. apparently it can also be used for heating but for me it was warm enough. I think price-quality wise a good option for a solo traveler or couple who's intention is to discover the city. the apartment is indeed near the centre in my opinion. the centre is a wide objective subject off course but within a few minutes you can also find bus and metro stop so you can get everywhere if you want. check-in was through instructions via e-mail with codes of gates en safe for the key. I was able to enter without a problem so okay for me. the room was clean when i arrived.

the shower is quite small and basic. not necessarily a bad thing but because of the mounting/angle of the showerhead it can be a bit awkward. also the shower tap is a bit of an adventure. it is quite difficult to gain the right temperature. the tap is very sensitive and one time the temperature shooted up because i think in another room someone opened the cold water tap. for me this was the only really downside. the comfort overall is not superb but when you are not paying five-star-hotel-prizes i don't think you can expect five-star-luxury. i don't think there was an oven in the room. no problem for me, just information. Apartment is on the top floor an there is no elevator. for me it was not a problem but maybe for someone older or less mobile it's something to take into account.

Good location, totally safe; close and easy access to transit systems. Apartment clean, adequate for one or two persons.

1. Heat was off on arrival, apartment extremely cold (& I'm from Alaska). For January, you would think they would be able to at least leave the heating on very lowest level, even if it meant setting it a day before my arrival. It took the better part of 48 hours for the place to warm up. Owner/landlord offered to inspect the unit when I contacted him about it, and we communicated several times to arrange for him coming over, but that never happened. Eventually it got adequately warm. 2. No one informs you when you reserve this unit that there are seven flights of stairs to the third floor where the unit is located. Good thing I'm in shape. But I would not have rented it had I known. (No Elevator) 3. Toilet/septic system seems to "regurgitate" itself every 30 minutes or so, making this LOUD noise. Irritating to say the least. May have been a problem just in that unit, but I don't think so. Because I could hear the same sound from the other units.

location is great, not far from Lukacs thermal bath; the small apartment is located in the mansard of old nice building.

Clean, well equipped, excellent location

The location is very good. Good access for public transport and not far from Margit Bridge. For a single traveller the apartment is comfy and very decent. Communication was very good with the host.

I would say the stairs to the apartment may be an issue for some but I didn't mind it. Amenities are very basic but enough for a short stay.

Stay away from scamers like this! The communications I never had before a negligent behaviour. The apartment was so cold, and the contact person kept lie all the time. On my first night, I became hard in the windy 14 Celsius room. I slept only three nights there from 7. On my last there night I left a place and booked a hotel. It was no option to cancel and to refund, but after so much lying, they promised compensation. I had to call them and also message them. No answer! Far away from booking.com, they are lying and make the price higher without protecting you

the room was very cute, it is a little outside the center but near the tram station, the host was so nice and available 10/10. the price was also pretty good.

The location of the apartment was very convenient and the apartment was very clean on arrival.

There are four/five flights of stairs to climb to reach the apartment with no elevator.
