"Great location...apartment needs TLC."

Location was very good

It needs deep cleaning, carpet needs replaced in living room and the sofa needs replacing because it smelled and was not clean looking. The property does have great potential.

Location is just perfect. The apartment is nice and clean. We've found everything we needed

If you travel with kids you may found area a little too noisy. Didn't bother us at all, but I would recommend the place for young couples and groups. The only problem for me was absence of locks at the bathroom and sleeping rooms. But I never complained, so they didn't have a chance to fix it.
