Extra Central and NEW Studio

Zsuzsi - the greeter was excellent- warm and friendly, with excellent people skills, good English and smart. Had lots of useful information. Good communication all from everyone. Simple, basic, room, was clean and non stinky ( I have chemical / perfume allergies, and I could actually stay there… this is huge for those of us who are the canaries with all synthetic toxic scents). Great location easy key situation.

The ‘kitchen’ in the room was tiny… but worked fine. Very thin walls… got woken up by yelling at 1:00 am. The window opens up onto a balcony that another room has, so didn’t feel safe leaving it open, plus neighbours smoked out there.

Good location, good internet, cleanliness

The organization of entering the apartment was complicated, the shower cabin was broken, only one of the hangers was unbroken, it was impossible to leave things for safekeeping after leaving the apartment, until the time of travel.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. SCAM! we had to go to other hotel. Be ready to live the worst nightmare in a trip. The apartment is disgusting, smelly and horrible treatment - We waited 30 minutes in the streets with luggages for the handover of the keys - Then we had a staff guy in the room till we filled the tourist form that he didnt have. He couldnt leave the room till we filled the form that he didnt have, so we waited with a random guy for 20 minutes inside of a room of 12m2 - Apartment says is 30m2, is 12 m2 exactly - Walls have a 1 meter long stain - Bathroom was disgusting, full of hair and stains - They dont even offer gel, shampoo or handsoup - We found the shower with silverfishes We asked the owner for support and after 3 days we did not have any solution. Then they offered a cleaning service for the stains in a really rude way, and they never came eventho we left the keys for them to clean. Owner wont offer compesation and will answer requests ignoring facts and in a rude way. They absolutely ruined our trip!!

Excellent view of one central road of the city. The location was very good to combine every mean of transportation.

The room wasn't very clean and it has only 2 papers in the toilet for our six day stay at this. The most facilities as it mentions are in common use with the other rooms. It isn't very informative about the check in procedure and you can't find the room without message of the person who waits you.

The location was amazing!! The studio was newly renovated, really nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful in accomodating our requests, and there was a kitchen and laundry facilities available

It's not a huge room, but it is clean and the bed is big. It's great if you plan on spending most of your time out and about

Poor WiFi network (especially in our room)

the location of the place is very central and safe. All the furnishings are new and well designed, messages were answered quickly during the whole stay, all equipment was new and in working, the common area and kitchen were well designed and met the needs.

The room is smaller than it looks in the photo. the hot water is cut off after an insufficient amount of time, two people can't take a shower in a row, sometimes even one person can't take a shower enough. Hangers and clothes hanger area in the room are narrow and inadequate. There is no cleaning service as long as you stay, if you stay for a long time, it may be a problem, the room with the washing machine and cleaning materials is locked and does not open, if you need urgent cleaning, it becomes a problem. Towels were not in good condition, take good care of your towels, if they are dirty, send a quick message immediately, if you are a little late it will be a problem, if you accidentally dropped it on the floor or if you want to change it even in the summer season, you need message traffic and time to convince them. They wrote that this is an apartment, not a hotel, only one set of towels is provided. but we had to write again and again to insist them for solution, it takas öne day and a new set of towels was provided in the afternoon of the next day. the fact that such a basic hygiene need is such a problem in the summer season made us extremely uncomfortable. There is not enough space to put the suitcases, if you want to put the suitcases on the coffee table or chair, they are not there either, there is only one seat for this.

The location was great and walkable distance to a lot of great places! The cleanliness and comfort of the room was superb and perfect for a couple night stay.

It was difficult to find the entrance and it was hard to contact the property owner. We thought it was a scam at first, but once we got the directions for receiving the keys it all worked out
