דירה גדולה ומרווחת, מטבח מאובזר וחדשני, מיקום מרכזי - כמה דקות הליכה מבית הכנסת הגדול ברובע היהודי. בקרבת מקום יש תחבורה ציבורית, סניפי סופרמרקט ומסעדות. ההנחיות לאיסוף המפתחות היו מדויקות וברורות, הקשר עם בעל הדירה היה מהיר ויעיל.
