Liszt Ferenc square Studio apartment MID TERM

It’s a nice apartment in a very nice location. It was clean. Overall it’s nice and clean but the owner needs some little things to improve.

First of all, the communication with the owner was not the best. I have received the mail with instructions how to check in (via link or some application) but it didn’t work and it took some time to get someone on the phone and send me instructions on my WhatsApp. We had a long trip to Budapest finally we came tired and hungry in the apartment. Apartment was nice and with a big kitchen I wanted to cook a dinner and l figured it out that a cooking plate is working only with one pot and not with other two pans. So it would be good that the owner would check some basic stuff, because it’s a pity that you have a big kitchen and basically can not use it. Also a knife was missing.. we tried to turn on the air conditioner because it was a bit cold in the apartment but the remote wasn’t working, luckily we had a spare batteries with us and tried to change them if that was the problem. Then only the cold wind was blowing, we were calling the owner, but with no reply… after 15 minutes of trying and switching programs and buttons it finally starts to heat.. if the owner would improve just this few little things, the whole stay would be much nicer.

Place with great location, well enough assets, and very friendly staff. It's located in an old tenament which itself looks fantastic. Bed is very comfy and there is plenty of space for a travelling couple. The apartment is located 2 min walk from the 2nd oldest metroline in the world, and it's well communicated with the whole of Budapest

The only issue I would like to complain about is the fact that you cannot close the main door without using the key. Also, it is worth pointing out that the toilet is quite small and one could feel claustrophobic there, but I would call it a big problem

Very well located, warm, extremely kind and helpful staff.

Location was great.

It was very dirty. Bath was with no ventilation and with mould. Towels were wet, not sure they were clean.

Location, hot water, coffee. 🤔

1. The entrance door cannot be closed without locking it. 2. The TV programs did not work. 3. Curtains on the windows, through which you can see in from the outside. 4. Greasy table and unwashed floor. 5. The furnishing of the room did not match the samples at the offer, as the couch and one wardrobe next to the mirror were missing.

'Warm' water was quite cold and the room temperature was also not very warm.

It was really easy to collect the keys once given the instructions - the hosts were even nice enough to speed up the cleaning process so that we could check in sooner - as we arrived at 8:30 and check-in originally was from 15:00. So HUGE thank you for this! After we walked through the door we immediately noticed just how beautiful the building is. The entrance, the balconies, the stairs!! We were obsessed with it.

The only thing we could slightly be sad about is that there was no shower gel (would be amazing to have it!) - however, we just ran downstairs to grab something from the store. :)
