Good location.

Bathroom was not too clean. Noisy neighbours at midnight. Sometimes bad smell.

Nothing was ok.

Bedsheets full of hairs of previous guests, dirty towels, spiders and COCKROACHES in the room. I was asked to show my room to potential buyers of the flat during my stay. You can barely fit in the restroom. Really unprofessional and unhealthy place. The host didn’t want to believe me and had to send a video to show the situation.

Location is excellent. It was easy to get the keys from the locker.

If you use the shower, the bathroom floods... it needs an extra screen or curtain to prevent this. The towels, linen pillows, and cushions all looked dirty, though they smelled like they were clean. No dishwasher tablets were left at the apartment, so the dishwasher is kinda pointless, as who carries dishwasher tablets on holiday with them?

Location is perfect, equipments exist, beds are comfy. Everything was nice

Everything was good except one pan, which was not working on stove. But it is not that big deal.

Nicely appointed. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighbors. Central. Communicative hosts.

Had no issues. Would stay there again.

Listing does not match reality My experience at the apartment Liszt Ferenc tér 4 was extremely disappointing. The apartment does not meet the standard promised in the listing. Firstly, I rented a studio for 4 people, where the listing stated that we would have a living room/kitchen, a terrace, and a bedroom. The living room/kitchen matches the photos, showing a double bed and a sofa bed. However, the listing mentioned that the apartment had a "terrace", but what we found was just a corridor, which we didn’t even have access to. Regarding the bedroom, the door was blocked by a wardrobe, preventing us from entering. I paid for a studio with a bedroom and terrace, but in the end, we only had access to the living room. To solve the situation, we had to use the sofa bed, but it was not in the best condition, as the legs were wobbly and seemed like they were going to break at any moment. Another issue was the absence of a TV, which was promised in the photos and the apartment description. In the kitchen, the frying pans didn’t work on the stove, the mop bucket was broken, the bathroom had only one working lightbulb, and there was no ventilation, which caused a lot of humidity and bad smells. Most of the kitchen lights also weren’t working, and there was no mirror, shelves, or hangers, items that were present in the listing photos. The kitchen had an unbearable smell of smoke, which forced us to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces, pots, and the microwave. I sent an email to the owner reporting all these problems, but I never received a reply. I feel the listing does not reflect the reality of the apartment, and therefore, I advise future guests to be aware of these issues before booking. I hope this review helps improve transparency and the quality of future stays.
