Reservations will be canceled if full payment and valid identification are not received at least 120 hours before check-in. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure payment reaches Comfort Property or Talun Kapu Kft within the required time frame. All payments must be made in full to Comfort Property or Talun Kapu Kft. If payment or identification is not provided on time, the reservation will be canceled, and accommodations will be denied. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after full payment has been received by Talun Kapu Kft. Refunds typically take 2 to 4 weeks to be returned to the original payment method. As per applicable legislation, the accommodations provider has the right to request a valid identity document. Guests are required to present this document when asked. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Unregistered or extra guests will be charged EUR 100 per person per day, which must be paid in cash at the property. It is the responsibility of the registered guest or the person named on the reservation to cover any extra costs before check-out, in cash. Smoking inside the building will result in a charge of EUR 500. If extra cleaning is deemed necessary, a EUR 500 fee will be applied. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 150 per day will apply for late check-out after 10:00 unless prior written approval is granted by Comfort Property or Talun Kapu Kft. Pets are only allowed with prior written approval. Fees may vary, with a minimum charge of EUR 25 and a minimum damage deposit of EUR 100 per dog. Guests must notify the property of pets at least 72 hours before check-in. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and ensure a peaceful stay during these hours. Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property, including at the front door. These cameras are clearly marked on the exterior door. Noncompliance with any of these booking rules may result in immediate removal from the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
