Clean, ok location

Poor communication with the host. The room wasn't ready on time, had to wait 30min to be cleaned.

The only thing I appreciated was location, quite close to the city center.

It was very dirty. No cleaning service before our arrival.

it’s a very nice studio with all necessary equipment for a good stay.

It was hard to get into the apartment.

The apartments are conveniently located, you can walk to the center in half an hour at a calm pace. I liked that there is a sleeping place on the "second floor". the apartments have everything you need for a short stay. and what is not unimportant, there is a climate control system, the room is very warm.

1. The ad states that this is an apartment. it is actually a large apartment with separate rooms with its own bathroom and kitchenette. other guests can be very audible through the wall, especially when they knock on doors at night. 2. The room is very dirty. bed linen also in yellow stains of unknown origin. 3. we could not contact the owner in advance regarding the settlement. we wrote a day before our arrival and asked for instructions on settling. the ad says we can arrive at 2 pm, but the owner sent instructions only at 3 pm. at one o'clock in the afternoon we were already there and we did not have the Internet to read the instructions. this created further problems. 4. in the shower room, after taking a shower, the water does not drain. so every time you go into the bathroom you get your feet wet

Good location.

The room was dirty and stinky. I booked two nights and during the first night it was freezing cold in the "apartment", I had to sleep in my winter coat. There were no heaters in the room and it was not possible to adjust the temperature of the ventilation air. I called the Booking customer service and they arranged with the host to bring me a heater next morning. The host came at 1 p.m. without a heater and was angry because I called Booking and not him directly. In the meantime I discovered that there is no more warm water, I got a flu and didn't want to stay in the apartment one more night. I told the host that I'm expecting a full refund for this charade because I certainly didn't pay for freezing and getting sick and, after I refused to move to another apartments of the host, he set my booking as a "no-show" so I couldn't get a refund nor leave a review. I managed to get a partial refund after escalating the problem to Booking customer service, but I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone because everything was wrong there and for the same price you can find much better options since the price was very average for Budapest. Based on the previous behavior of the host, I'm pretty sure that he is going to twist the truth in the reply and lie as he already did to the Booking customer service after the escalation, but my part is done here.
