Good location, clean central apartment.

We waited for host for an hour, not precise info about check in we wander around building that we got in because neighbor opemd the door. And then waiting for us lady that doesnt speak english, bit difficult to understand each other.

Location and communication with the owner was excellent at firs. I've got my keys very smoothly although it was a late check in.

However, by this day, that is 8 days after my staying in the property, I didn't recieve the requested invoice, although I wrote the owner 3 times, and even contacted the customer service twice.

Not in a bad location.

There’s 2 electric heaters, but that’s not enough to make the room not cold. The sheets are thin also so you can’t get warm in bed. The following is partially my fault but should’ve been dealt with better: I arrived at midnight as my train was delayed and checkout was 11am, and the whole purpose of my getting an apartment over a hostel which i usually do was to do all of my laundry. I’m young and inexperienced in foreign countries and I didn’t know the walls were so thin in these kind of apartment blocks, and I assumed the washing machine wouldn’t be too loud. If somebody knocked on at the time and asked me to not do it at this time I would’ve of course stopped. It wasn’t until the morning when I hear aggressive banging on the window and door at 10am, then I opened and what I believe to be the owners mother barged into my room and shouted at me in hungarian for about 15 minutes, telling me to leave but not actually leaving herself so I could pack up. I apologise for the noise but this was very unprofessional.

The landlord was very kind and the apartment was comfortable

Everything was comfy and clean. Great location and value. And bless the elderly lady who waited for us until 1 am to check us in. Köszönöm szépen! 😊

Only the location

The owner informed us that check in can only be completed at 4 pm, even though the official check of the property was 2 pm. When we arrived at the property at 4:30 pm, we were informed we have to wait 15-20 minutes more for the owner’s mother to arrive and that cleaning is not done yet. The apartment was very dirty and the sheets were not changed. We had to wait another 30 minutes inside the apartment for the owner’s mother (75 years old lady) to change the sheets and bring new towels, which made us slightly uncomfortable. The floor and bathroom were left dirty perhaps from the previous tenants. Very, very unprofessional and uncomfortable situation.
