Artlovers' flat - Kazinczy street

The apt had a nice character and was perfectly located. Access to a big food market and Szimpla Kert literally on your door step but still very quiet and calm for a good night sleep.

Overall the building was old and not well maintained in terms of the stairwell or entrance and the kitchen was a tac too small.

Nette kleine Wohnung, gute Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, nette Cafés, Restaurants und Sparmarkt in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig und zum Wohlfühlen. Check in und Out unkompliziert.

Brilliant location right in the heart of the old town, next to the famous ruin bar. The flat was spacious, with a large double bedroom and additional double bed on a mezzanine level in the living room. Good kitchen. The building itself fascinating, very old with a beautiful faded charm. The host David was very friendly and good communication. Recommend Fat Mama for good food and vibes.

Everything was nice! David provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The apartment was very beautifully decorated! Location is in the center. What we liked the most - street from entrance was with lot of people and sounds, but apartments placed in inner area and without sounds at all - very calm. I think it was first time for all our travels when during the night there were no other sounds. Also beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended!

Bardzo klimatyczny apartament w historycznej pożydowskiej dzielnicy. Podwórko i kamienica są zniszczone czasem, ale w sposób pozytywny - czuć ciężar historii. Mimo umiejscowienia przy ruchliwym deptaku, do mieszkania nie docierają żadne hałasy i jest bezpiecznie. Pokój z antresolą to atrakcja, jest bardzo przytulny. W kuchni i łazience znajduje się wszelkie potrzebne wyposażenie, niczego nam nie brakowało. Lokalizacja w samym centrum, wszędzie blisko piechotą bądź tramwajem. Pomocny i kontaktowy gospodarz. Chętnie wrócimy ponownie i polecamy.

Хорошее расположение, удобно разместиться втроем/вчетвером, владелец на связи, удаленное заселение, старинное здание для меня был больше плюс, чем минус, атмосферно.

Очень тонкие стены, было слышно, как в туалете постоянно течет вода. Хозяин не предупредил нас о том что в соседней квартире идет ремонт, строители приходят в 7 утра и начинают шуметь вплоть до обеда - спать было невозможно, так как стены ОЧЕНЬ тонкие, было слышно все малейшие действия и разговоры строителей. Судя по стройматериалам, ремонт там будет еще несколько месяцев - все кто планирует аренду в ближайшее время, учтите, спать после 7 утра невозможно. Если б знали о ремонте, ни за что бы не заехали в квартиру на 5 дней. Сообщили хозяину о проблеме, но он абсолютно ничего не сделал и каждое утро мы просыпались под шум ремонта. Строго не рекомендую, пока ремонт не закончится
