Cleanliness, comfort, responsiveness of the owners (they answered all my questions and advised me where to eat and where to go), a quiet street where you can sleep well. I'd go back. By the way, someone wrote above about a child in the house - you can’t hear him at all, the soundproofing in the house is excellent
