Locație centrală, aproape de obiective atât pe jos cat și cu mijloacele de transport în comun, posibilitatea de a pregati ceva rapid de mâncare.

Ar mai putea fi îmbunătățită curățenia (am găsit păianjeni atât in baie cat si in dormitor), modul în care se usucă lenjeriile de pat (deoarece au un miros de stătut) si tot timpul este un miros de mâncare de restaurant in apartament - posibil ca acel miros să vină prin ventilatorul din baie pentru ca atunci cand am închis ușa, mirosul s-a diminuat.

La tranquilidad dentro del apartamento

El entorno del apartamento. Está ubicado en una finca en reforma y la entrada a la misma es deprimente. Incluso poco limpia. La cama del apartamento está situada en una planta superior, con lo que hay que utilizara escaleras. Eso es bastante incómodo para ir al baño, que está abajo. La cisterna del cuarto de baño tardaba mucho tiempo en cargar. Debe de estar averiada.

"I did not realize this was an odd layout loft listing."

The apt is a street level loft with king bed in a bare bones loft. Narrow stairs not suitable for disabled, modern new flooring, small refrigerator/microwave, no stove but a hot plate. Small modern shower with towel warmer on wall. Obviously this was once one apt now split into two. Secure. Rottenbiller is a busy street. Police /ambulance sirens extreme. Noise quieter after 10pm. Metro stations into inner city are several blocks walk in either direction can be 10-15 min.

Kraty w oknach i duża wilgotność od suszącego się prania w korytarzu /pościel, ręczniki/
