White Rose apartment

The apartment is cozy, extremely clean. Great location.

I had difficulty contacting the host upon arrival, but after our conversation I received a message with clear and detailed instructions regarding our self check-in. There was no iron.

The room itself is reasonable. It is a student studio, furnished with the cheapest furniture from Ikea. The mattress is quite uncomfortable, it is only 5 cm high, the bed frame can be felt right through the mattress. The bed is very spacious for two people. Bring coffee and tea from home (you will only find one tea bag for each day of your stay, and local coffee). The outdoor patio is actually an inner courtyard full of lichen, the hallway to the apartment is desolatingly dirty with leftover furniture, bicycles, an unused bathtub, garbage. Inside, there is a clean hallway that leads to two similar studios, I think. The hall is always damp and smelly, because there is also a washing machine and the clothes are dried there. NOT TO FORGET! The shower has a big problem, the tile on the wall is cracked and part of the water flows past the shower cabin onto the bathroom floor, so if you take a shower when you get out the floor is full of water, and a good chunk of time after you finish showering. Access is easy with clear explanations. But the note displayed on the booking is much too high for the comfort offered. With tolerance, a 7-7.5 would be more suitable. The position saves the situation.

- Location in middle of district VII is excellent if you are interested in the downtown vibes of Pest. Instant is less than 15 minutes by foot. Lots of pubs 10 minutes away on the Nagykorut. Varosliget is also close by. - Sufficient amenities.

- Street facing ground level apartment looking at Rottenbiller street -> traffic is noisy as hell, unbearable from 04:00 am to 23:00 pm, but there's not much pedestrian noise, and no drunk people. Fortunately the window provides sufficient noise reduction. - Shower could use some repair so it doesn't leak.

clean, friendly staff and you can find what you want to find about need. there are good facilities near the flat.

only bathroom has a little bit weather problem. Shower tray was leaking a little bit water. When you take a shower ground was getting wet. Bit it is not big problem for accommodation.

It was one room appartment on a good place near the city center (basically everything in walking distance if you don't mind to walk) on a street level, but windows had foil on them plus blackout curtains. Flat fully renovated with modern materials and clean. There also was kitchen with microwave, fridge and other equipment. Everything in fully workable and clean condition. Bathroom new in today's standards (what is not always available in the old buildings in Budapest). The owner of the flat was obviously taking care and behaving very kindly and pro-customer oriented. As Budapest city requires during working days parking ticket on every street in center (and you can buy it only for three hours), it was great advantage of this flat that about 30 meters from it was big private parking place for about 4-5 Euros per 24 hours. If one wants to visit Budapest and needs a neat place for overnight, the ratio price/performance is really great.

There was nothing really serious.
