Lots of space, comfy, most rooms air conditioned, good safety, plenty of keys, friendly and responsive customer care.

No dishwasher, doorframe fell off, blinds malfunctioned, missing curtains, dirty dishes (not properly washed) covered with sticky, old, sour smelling grease.

This apartment very close to the centre of Budapest is huge. It has 4 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big balcony, giant open space living with kitchen. We had a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with a few capsules, which was nice. (You can buy groceries and capsules at the nearby supermarkets). The kitchen was well equipped. We have also liked the view from Rakoczy street. Wi-Fi worked properly and it had decent speed. They had a nice smart TV with many channels, including Netflix and some other apps for movies. The host Petya was very kind with us, he even helped with the luggage. Parking in front of the building is free, which is very rare for Budapest, although spaces are limited and it's hard to find a free spot. There are also many decently priced parking garages nearby. We were provided with a baby cot, which our little daughter enjoyed very much.

The apartment needs a thorough clean. The floors and some sofas were dirty. Lighting is inadequate in some spaces. The busy Rakoczy street is beautiful but noisy. There is no air-con in the rooms, although they have fans, but it was very hot in the apartment, I think July-August aren't the most comfortable months to stay here.
