Perfect place for Villany stay, few steps everywhere. Fully equipped and owners are always there to help.

This apartman fulfills all needs, perfectly equipped with everything. The owner is easily accessible and very nice, everything is very close. Ther is a closed parking area. We highly recommend it to everyone.

It's a small house, the size is perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two small kid(s). Room layout is very practical. It has a well equipped kitchenette, with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, plates, glasses, even salt, sugar, pepper and chili. The bedroom bed is harder, good for sleeping, the sofa bed is soft. TV is good enough, with many, mostly Hungarian channels. Bathroom is comfortable, shower is big enough even for me (116 kg man). There are towels, hand towels, inside slippers, dish soap and liquid soap for handwash are all provided. Comfortable and cozy. Has a table and chairs outside to relax or to have meals. We can see from the window, that occasionally blackbirds and sparrows visit the place, they are cute, we put some water out for them. The garden has a small grassy area for playing with the kids. There is a Catalpa tree in the back of the garden, which lowers the mosquito count significantly (lowering does not mean nullifying). There is a shaded place for the car and enough place to turn around. The area is calm and silent, and everything is in a comfortable walking distance. Grocery shop in 2 mins walk, the main street with many wine cellars is just 3-5 minutes walk. Even the main square with more shops is around just 20 mins of walk or 5 mins by car, easy parking.

It's not the fault of the building or the owners... water pressure is a bit low, not as much as we are accustomed to, living in an apartment. Also, the water contains more calcium, the water is hard. But this is the area and not the building. Just not to be surprised about it.

This appartment is actually a small house with private parking. New, clean, spacious and close to wine cellars. Nice host with basic English but no problem to agree on what to do. She had no issue that we only stayed one night. Suitable for both short and longer stays. We loved the place.

We were unlucky since the wi-fi was not very strong, a bit of a problem since as we needed to book our next accommodation. :-)
