The location was amazing.

The hallway was dark and smelled of cigarettes and cat.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is only a 5 minute walk from the main station which has metro lines 1, 2 and 3 as well as where the airport bus drops you off (don’t get a taxi!).

The cleanliness of the apartment was not great - lots of stains in the furniture, dust and so on. We also forgot our key one evening and they did not have a spare key- instead we had to pay for a locksmith to come! The fan was broken and the air conditioner also needed maintenance when we were there. The curtains are also very much see through and allow all the light in - not great in the summer when the sun rise is early!

Great location in the living heart of the city

The only good thing about this apartment is the location, perfect, close to public transport, city center and just outside the apartment is a really nice breakfast/lunch place.

The communication was really really bad. On our arrival we got the message saying they will let us know when the room is cleaned so we can check in. They told us latest 15:00. At 14:45 we got the message with the code for the door/apartment, only to find out the room was not cleaned at all and a maintenance guy was still working on fixing the aircon.. then the cleaning lady came in, and she still needed an hour to clean. When calling the “customer service” we only got a sorry, and the only “compensation” we got is a “late checkout” at 12:00. But the day of the checkout, the maintenance guy was at our door at 10:00, surprised to see us.. so again, no communication whatsoever. Furthermore, the wifi was not working, and they told us they fixed it and it was working but there was no wifi at all!! Also, we stayed for 10 days and we did not get any clean towels, or more toiletpaper. We got 4 small rolls for 4 people for 10 days, and they told us it was enough (and especially not when you are on your period…)… They could have replaced the towels with new ones for an extra cost, and I don’t think that is any service for a stay of 10 days.. the sink in the kitchen was leaking, which they tried to fix with some small sponges.. the curtains are more like shower curtains, they let through all light so we were waking up at 6:00 every morning.. All with all, it was a mediocre apartment with some serious communication issues and lack of any customer service. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Central location. Parking garage across a street .

Wi-fi doesn't work , I had sent 3 e-mails to the owner ( asking to fix a problem) without any response from his side.
