Close to the really beautiful Zsolnay quarter, and around 15-20 min walk to the city centre. It’s quite big and comfy and there was coffee and a coffee machine which is great for me.

It smells heavily like cigarette inside even though it’s written that it’s forbidden to smoke. I would really recommend cleaning more thoroughly and refreshing the apartment, especially the bedroom where the wallpaper is coming off and the kitchen appliances that are a bit dirty and old. I found dead insects on the walls which is not great (there are indeed mosquitoes at least during this period).

Cigarette odour

The apartment is in a very nice area, super close to the Zsolnay district and not that far from the downtown. 2/3 windows are facing a cute backyard (and some lilacs).

The apartment didn't bring the feeling of freshness and cleanliness. There was a constant unpleasant odour inside, despite of opening the windows regularly. It is clear that most of the furniture has been heavily used... Eg. the bed is some kind of DIY project - which is fine, but it was creaking all the time... Also the wallpapers could use some touching up, because they are coming down. Altogether the flat could use a touch up and a proper cleaning.
