Property was easy to access, clean and close to where we needed to be!

Nothing - it was great!

The location is very good and the street where the apartment is located has many cafes/restaurants. A positive aspect was that there was a metal door before the apartment question that you had to close which made you feel safe.

I had a problem when I arrived at the apartment because the key was not in the locker. I received a key after some time of waiting (it was a reasonable time until a copy of the key was made) but in the future it would be good if the staff had a spare key available. The apartment was ok but I think it could be better in terms of cleanliness. There was a stain on one of the pillows in the bedroom and the floor could have been cleaner. Also regarding the noise that can be heard from outside, it should be noted that the problem is that the room windows do not close completely (the ones on the top do not make that "click" that would completely isolate the noise).

Clean and very convenient situated

Casa luminosa, accogliente, spazi e letti comodi, host disponibile, situato in un punto centrale vicino alla sinagoga, ai mezzi pubblici e a dei pub per la sera!

Il palazzo lasciava un po’ a desiderare. Inizialmente un asciugamano a tesa soltanto, dopo la richiesta , ce ne ha fatte avere altre, poco bagnoschiuma, finitosi il giorno dopo!

Posizione molto buona e materasso comodo.

Soggiorno decisamente deludente. Eravamo in 5 per 3 notti e, pur sapendo del bagno unico, non è accettabile ricevere un solo asciugamano a testa senza possibilità di averne altri, né un cuscino aggiuntivo su richiesta. Tra l’altro, i cuscini erano di qualità pessima, più adatti a un divano che a un letto. Dotazioni completamente inadeguate: 4 piccoli rotoli di carta igienica per 5 persone e più giorni, un secchiello minuscolo e un bagno con mobili rotti e sporchi. La pulizia è stata il problema più grave: polvere ovunque, su termosifoni e superfici, al punto da rendere l’aria pesante. L’appartamento non dava minimamente l’impressione di essere stato pulito prima del nostro arrivo. Congelatore in condizioni indecenti e inutilizzabile, asse da stiro completamente rotto. Nel complesso, una gestione superficiale e poco rispettosa degli ospiti. Non lo consiglierei.

Perfect location, nice two bedrooms with 2 spacious beds

A lot! First of all they were offering just 1 pillow (small one) per person. Even when I requested 2 more because I needed for the kids, they refused to me to provide extra. Never again had faced such a thing Secondly extremely noisy from the road, Need urgently some soundproofing Thirdly, when I booked the house there was a washing machine available on the services, we picked it actually because of this . We carried on with us limited clothing with the intention to wash them. Upon our arrival we found out that it was out of service. I asked when they will fix it the answer was disappointing, no intention to repair it soon… I communicated my problem about limited quantity of clothes and they were just sorry. I had to insist for a compensation in order to get it (yes I got some but still imho not enough for the damage i had) Forth it was coming a very bad smell from bathroom

great location, clean, well heated, easy key pick up

For the first time I see unprepared beds in the arrival, even in hostels the beds are ready to sleep. In addition, all the pillows and blankets were on the floor. The first impression is of a big mess(I apply photos). And the second unpleasant thing is the lack of toilet paper. You go there after a long journey and you can't use the toilet and you have to look for a supermarket no matter how late it is.
