muy buena ubicación, el apartamento está muy limpio. un poco complicado hacer el check in pero bien en general. tienes parada de metro muy cerca y restaurantes. muuuuy cerca de los ruin bar :)

las instalaciones del edificio (portal, escaleras…) están bastante descuidadas y sucias ya que tienen la basura en el portal abierta y hay gente de la calle que entra a hacer sus necesidades

The washing machine had an odd smell to it.

Close to metro, near many restaurants and market for daily life! Not noisy during the night!

didn't like no toilet paper and showergel once arrived, at least will make everyone more comfortable after a long trip without move again to market!

Very cosy, Location is great, the apartment design beautifully, well equipped, easy check in and out

The bed and the pillows was not comfortable for me. On Saturday night it's very loud out side till very late at night from the bars. When the neighbors talk outside the apartment you can hear them very well. I used white noise from my phone for the night in order to sleep

There were no bed sheets

Spacious for solo traveler. Arrangement was made easy and clear. Very clean and amazingly located by metro/trem etc. Window is soundproof so you won’t hear most of the noise.

The soundproof window is amazing but if the bar across the street would have an event then you could hear the cheer/shouts/chants. To be fair it was only one night when there were colleague’s students party There would be a continuous buzzing sound when you turn on the aircon which can be annoying. Although you will only need access to during summer

The apartment has potential with a big "but"...

The management team clearly dont understand they are in the hospitality service field. The bed broke 2 nights... no fault of mine. They cut corners in the support under the mattress. Two nights and two days were destroyed right there. I was staying 8 nights... so the small garbage bin was full. I asked: "When you come fix the bed, could you please change the garbage bag or leave me one." Reply, "we're not a hotel, buy your own!" Some basic training in customer satisfaction is clearly needed. A decent flat could be 10x better... but cheap choices... make staying there quite painful.
