cold water during first evening sofa instead of the bed

we liked everything except… see below

TV did not work properly there were no instructions for use of induction cooktop which we needed but could not use. the last morning, Monday when we had a long drive to Slovenia there was NO WATER at all. We needed to know the evening before.

Clean, lots of cooking equipment and utensils, nice neighborhood

I requested a late checkout and the owner accepted (at 11am) but at 10 am for two times the cleaner knocked at my door and he was very annoyed and rude because nobody inform him about the late check-out. I was disappointed too because my request was for nothing.

Location, it was clean, staff was polite.

Pillows were really uncomfortable and heating wasn't working properly.
