We had a great time in Budapest as a group of friends. The apartment was nearly perfect. Our communication with Eva was excellent—she was helpful, friendly, and explained the check-in process and everything else in detail and very clearly. The location of the apartment was ideal, with bars, restaurants, and sightseeing spots just a few minutes' walk away. The accommodation had everything we needed.

The reason why it wasn’t 100% perfect, but 99%: The entrance of the building and the hallway outside the apartment were a bit dirty and had an unpleasant smell. As a first impression, it wasn’t great, but once inside the apartment, everything was perfect. It’s just a minor detail, nothing really worth complaining about.

Small distance from interesting spots in the town

Awful degraded neighborhood, noisy all night, dirty entrance and lobby (full of rabbis and terrible odor), very poor and low quality materials and equipment, unsuitable for six persons as all beds were double and one room extremely narrow, and the worst, the apartment was full of rots!

We appreciate very much about Eva's service provided. She is very passionate and helpful. She actively contacted us before arrival. She made us feel comfortable and worries free about how to get there or check in. She responded to our request promptly unexpectedly. Amongst few locations in our Europe trip, the experience living in Eva's apartment is the best. She is the greatest host. Highly recommend on it.

A very good and polite front office staff, especially Mr Tush, he has excellent hospitality skills with a big and honest smile on his face. The hotel is very beautiful with many recreation facilities.Thank you once again for your amazing hospitality.

I wish the size of the toilet a bit bigger.
