OAK Residents Siófok

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks. The location of the apartment is close to the Siófok free strand which is great. The pool in the garden was also very nice to have. The apartment is mostly equipped with everything needed but is lacking some important things. Overall, we got used to some of the issues and had a nice stay.

There were a few issues with the apartment. - The support beam under the double bed is broken. This means the mattress dips in the middle and you’re not sleeping flat. - There is only one AC unit in the flat which is located in the living room (this isn’t made clear in the listing). The bedrooms have no AC and get very stuffy when the doors are closed. We had to sleep with both doors open which isn’t great when travelling with a baby. - The AC unit was also dripping water (most likely due to the dirty filters). - Some of the pots and pans are not compatible with the convection hob. - The couch was stained with various dirty patches. - Some of the kitchen drawers were dirty (one even had spider webs all over the portable stove). - Upon our arrival the outdoor furniture we had was very worn out, broken and rusty. Though, it did turn out the family next door had taken the newer furniture that was for us and only returned it once they left. - The fridge is very small and wasn’t great for a 2 week stay.

Close to the lake, private pool.

Apartment was dirty in some places.

Location was great close to the strand and close to supermarket. Pool was nice cover was great could swim even in bad weather. Kitchen was well stocked

Bed was a little too soft but that's just our preference

We loved our stay here! really nice spacious appartement with comfortable beds and super equipped kitchen. the terrace and garden are fabolous. This place is really perfect!

Decent location, comfortable beds, clean.

Thin walls of the rooms, you can here everything from the bathroom or the living room. There was no tea nor coffee, and the kettle wasn’t working.
