Kings Cross Apartment

Good location, you can walk to historical and sightseeing places or use public transportation, whatever you want choice is your own. Clean and safety house. It is closer to bar, pub and entertainment places.

Water heating system is a little problem but it can be tolerated. But there is no independent room I think little problem for me.

Was a perfect location only 10 minute walk from the city centre. It was very convenient and close to the bus stop to get to and from the airport. The convenience store was very useful and just on the corner beside the apartment building main door. There was a hook behind the main door which made it easy to enter the building (as for a wheelchair user or someone with heavy luggage!) The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, and there was a washing machine with tumble dryer as well as a vacuum hoover. There was a comfy large sofa suitable for reclining and relaxing in front of the TV. The walk in shower was spacious and easy for wheelchair to use A temporary foldable ramp was provided to allow wheelchair user to access the elevator.

Unfortunately despite the cleanliness of the apartment, it was a bit dusty (around the rim where the bathroom tiles meets the wall). The steps up to the upper bed were also dusty and had some human hair. There is no door separating the kitchen/ hallway with the sleeping area so the slight from the front door window and kitchen window was coming through in the mornings meaning any light sleepers would be woken up by the brightness! The Toilet seat was wobbly, which for a wheelchair user can be uncomfortable or even dangerous and a risk of slipping or falling off. There was a temporary foldable Ramp provided to access the elevator at the entrance of the building (which is a really positive change taken to improve access for wheelchairs), however the only problem is that this wasn’t mentioned before booking, and it would be impossible for a wheelchair user to travel solo to operate the ramp independently (also to push up and down the ramp on their own). If a person with a physical/ mobility disability is travelling with a non-disabled companion, then this apartment will be very suitable, comfortable, accessible and enjoyable for them!

Good location, perfect choice if you want to cook smth by yourself. Two bathrooms.

-the host was very involved and always available -cozy apartment, comfortable beds -kitchen fully equipped -the location is near to the city centre (15-17 min walk) and very close to public transportation -supermarket literally downstairs, which is a plus -super quite, we didn’t hear a sound during our entire trip -self check-in super simple and the apartment is easy to find -parking spots available in the proximity of the apartment (you just need a bit of patience to find one) P.S.: the apartment is on a 10 minutes walk away from New York Cafe Budapest

Very clean, quiet and cosy apartment. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Some basics (like sugar, coffee, dishwasher powder) were also provided and appreciated. Nice toilet and bathroom. Superb location next to underground station and tram and bus stop. Walkable distance to some sights. Useful supermarket next door. Hosts were very helpful prior and during stay. We booked the airport shuttle service and it was excellent. We certainly recommend this accommodation!!
