Könnyű bejutás, tisztaság, felszereltség. Gyalog elérhető az állomásról.

Nincs légkondi, ami nyári hőségben nem kellemes. Legalább ventilátorokat érdemes lenne betenni.

Egyéjszakás tartózkodásra jó télen, hidegebb időben, ha olyan apartmant kap , ami utcafronti, mert az épület előtt forgalmas útszakasz van. Sajnos nyáron emiatt csukott ablaknal kellett aludni. Egyébként az ágy kényelmes, fürdőszoba, konyha rendben . A konyhában mosogató-és mosógép is rendelkezésre áll.

"Ebben az árfekvésben a lehető legjobb."

Kerékpáros kirándulásra érkeztünk. (60-as pár) A szállás erre tökéletes volt. Tiszta, kényelmes ágyak, ami pont kellett a reggelihez-vacsorához, az megtalálható.

Az utca kicsit zajos, de erre számíthattunk az elhelyezkedéséből. Pár dolgot, pl egy sajtreszelőt, egy teaszűrőt egy merőkanalat stb még tudtunk volna használni, de megoldottuk Most nem volt nagy hőség, nem tudom, olyankor elég-e a csillárventillátor.
