Budapest - Duna part

Nice owner, equipped property. Free parking, pool.

The Aircondition was not strong enough for the house, but it was fine.

Easy walk to tram to centre Budapest. Secure building. Comfortable lounge and the ability to watch Netflix a bonus as we could watch English language programmes. Communication was excellent with owner and caretaker even though caretaker only spoke a small amount of English.

Air conditioning in main bedroom didn’t blow cool air during our stay even though the caretaker tried a couple of times to get it to work. Second bedroom really only suitable for children. We were a couple and bed was against wall on one side which meant one of us had to crawl over the other to get out. No place for any bags so we kept them in the hall. Be aware shower is over the bath

It was someone’s home with a lot of their belongings in the apartment- we were not expecting that.

It can be said that when you stay in the apartment, you feel as if you are on a river cruise ship anchored next to the bank of the Danube. The view from the apartment extends on three sides, it is equipped with everything you need and it is clean. The facilities for sports, relaxation and dining in and around the building are excellent. The garage and the entire complex are safe. The hosts are friendly and always available. Really nice and pleasant stay!
