S22 Apartment

The apartment is nice, spacious and cozy. The location is also good, it’s near the tourist attractions. The host is welcoming and easy to communicate with.

The noise at night.

Vitalis is a nice host who is answering your questions immediately.The process was quite easy.We did not face with any problem.We have stayed another flat due to boiler was broken in last minute.He told us truth and offerend another flat where is nicer than photos.In general,you can make reservation without any hesitation.

The apartment is in a great location in the city center, but be aware that it is right in the middle of the party district, so it can be very noisy at night. This was not an issue for us, but it might be for light sleepers or families with children. The apartment itself is decent, though showing some signs of wear and tear, but nothing major.

The biggest downside of our stay was the unreliable hot water. We stayed for a week and reported the issue on Monday morning. The owner promptly sent a technician, but since the hot water happened to be working at that moment, nothing was fixed. Unfortunately, the problem persisted throughout our stay, with hot water sometimes working and sometimes not. On Thursday morning, there was also a power outage in the entire building, which caused the water heater to shut down completely. The owner sent another technician who got it working again, but the hot water remained unreliable. This was frustrating, as we couldn't always take a shower when we wanted to. The soundproofing between apartments is very poor, and we could hear our neighbors clearly – and they likely heard us too. Overall, the apartment has its positives, but the hot water issues and poor soundproofing made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped. If those things were fixed, it would be a much better experience.

Hot water stopped working briefly but it fixed itself and host was very fast and helpful in trying to resolve the issue

A little noise from outside!

The apartment was very nice as well as the host. It had everything we needed, it was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The location is super nice if you are young travellers looking for parties...unfortunately it was not OK for us, especially with a small kid of 9. The music was too loud from the clubs downstairs and if you are noise sensitive, you won't be able to catch much sleep
