Erkel Apartment

Fantastic location, close to kalvin tér with transport links including the airport bus & just a couple of streets back from the Danube. Large bright studio with a comfy bed & adequate kitchen & bathroom facilities. 24 hour security on front desk & roller shutters so felt secure. Easy check in using key box. A couple of 24 hour shops nearby came in handy when arriving late. The host was communicative & friendly. I’d recommend the place for visitors to Budapest who like to be well connected but not right in amongst the loud bars & party streets. I’d book the place again.

TV remotes faded & hard to figure out. Bring a firestick etc if you’re foreign & like to watch TV in bed as English channels limited & couldn’t find subtitles. Some loud banging in the night from construction workers setting up & noisy in the morning from the school next door. One bedside side table on a slope & felt unstable.

Central, spacious, clean, doorman was extremely friendly and helpful when we needed assistance, didnt catch his name, will definitely stay there again The owner was always available if needed, Tabor thank you for everything

The studio apartment is perfect, really comfortable and the accommodation is really well located.

Kitchen and bathroom appropriately equipped, good bed. Host very supportive.

WLAN rooter did not work, but host had already recognised and had started repair works.

Hard to locate at night

This apartment had almost everything. The host answered quickley when we had questions. The locations was perfect close to city centre and shops, restaurants and bars.

The only thing that was a little minus was the tools in the kitchen. The the frying-pan needs to be replaced and a plastic tool to use in the pan. It is not good to use a metal tool in a nonstick pan.
