"good location, bad facilities"

The location and size of the apartment was good. the bed in the bedroom was good.

There was no proper shower, the bathroom had no nightlight. The pullout couch was uncomfortable.The windows face in towards the courtyard and it’s extremely loud when people come in and out at night. The check in process was a hassle and there was not proper communication about bag storage
