Central location and responsive host

The bathroom is separate from the toilette, which is very inconvenient. This could be easily fixed by installing a WC bowl on the place of the standing bath. Further more, if the host installs a washing machine in the bathroom, which there's a place for already, it would make this an excellent choice.

Cozy and spacious apartment on the Buda side, nice old furniture and decorations, modern beds, kitchen and bathroom. Direct street access, no stairs to climb. Well located on a quiet side street and within easy walking distance to Hungarian Agricultural University, Metro Subway, Tram, shops (e. g. Lidl) and restaurants. A relaxed 20 minute walk down Bartok street takes you to the Danube.

If you are looking for a room with a view, this is not the right place. Ground floor location with trees in the surroundings means switching on the lights also during daytime. But you get easy access with no stairs to climb as a compensation. Old gas heaters underneath the windows work fine, but emit a very faint gas odour.

Great location, all nearby, shops, cafes, park. A friendly owner, in the apartments clean.

The communication with Adrien was so easy and effective; the flat was in a good location but could use a few more touches to become cosier for the winters. It was well equipped.

We really liked the combination of old and modern design, big doors, new and well-equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive. The apartment is very big and have more than enough space for all of us.

There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.

Nice location

Very cold. Cold tiled floor, but there are no slippers in the apartment. Very cold in the toilet, impossible to sit on it, and no even a small carpet. You can watch TV in the living room only wrapped in a blanket. We were so cold for 2 days. And it was just -1 outside. The dishes were not washed very well, lip prints on glasses. Very poor sound insulation. You could hear conversations behind the wall as if you were right next to them.

It is close to everything you might need. Also close from the center of the city (either by foot or public transport). It is easy to access, great space and facilities and very confortable for 3-4 people. The host was very nice and helpful and answered quickly to any questions we had. We received all the info we needed to have a quick and smooth check-in and check-out.

Please take into consideration that they have some type of restrictions when it comes to heating and hot water so, because it was the end of the year, it was cold and we needed extra clothes inside. The temperature was set on 21, but because it was so cold outside, even inside felt lower than 21.
