Elisabeth 52 Apartment

The apartament is huge, is perfect for a family with Kids or for a group with friends, we were 6 persons. It has 2 big rooms and one smaller but it has a capacity for at least 6 persons. It is really nice and cozy, it was warm, we didn't had any problems with the heat or hot water. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from New York café and almost 15-20 minutes walk far away from the city center. A lot of pubs, and shops and coffee shops nearby, and also the supermarkets were nearby. The tram station is across the road, and also the price was budget friendly. The host is really nice and the indications and the self check in were precised. Certainly if we will visit Budapest again we will came back to this apartament, because we had a really good time there and we felt relaxed and everything was great.

In the first day was a little bit colder, and one of the rooms was not heated properly, but I think this is because the windows because they are old and not properly isolated, but after we increased the temperature a little bit it was ok, we didn't had problems anymore.

Massive spacious apartment well laid out with 3 good bedrooms. Comfy beds ..plenty of storage space. Nice kitchen area 2 toilets. Amazing value for money Central location easy to get to all areas Would really recommend this place and i would stay here again. Good facillities

The shower pressure isnt that strong. Tv signal didnt work ..but we werent there to watch tv Could do with a mirror in every bedroom

The apartment is very clean, the locations was perfect for the weekend stay.

the host provided me with all the required info ahead of time which made accessing the property easy. We were super impressed by the location of the property as well as all the facilities available in the property which made us feel very welcome and comfortable during out stay. There was space for everyone and more! Would definately recommend this apartment and host.

the only thing at all that i noticed was a few of the inside door/window shutter handles were broken. In the bedrooms there was no way of fully closing the window shutters which allowed a lot of light in the morning.

The location was amazing, it was so close to public transport stops so getting around Budapest to see the sights was really easy! Also the accommodation itself was very pretty, had lovely high ceilings, and felt secure.

There was a bit of an ant problem, which was off putting. Also only one bath towel per person for the stay - we could've done with some extras. All in all, not too bad though.

Nice apartment in a great location, very comfortable. Host is very polite, communication went great, we got all the information few days before our trip.

Me, my family and friends were very disappointed. I hate to write bad reviews, but the apartment shown in the pictures did not represent the current state of the apartment. It was run down, which is a shame, because structurally it is a beautiful apartment, with lots of potential and I believe it wouldn't take too much money and time to make improvements. The furnishings are in desperate need of an upgrade, especially the mattresses and sofa bed. The shower attachment on the wall was broken. A few of the plug sockets were loose and wouldn't work, so it was difficult for the girls when getting ready, plus it was hard to charge phones at the same time. TV remote wasn't working, however we were able to download a TV remote app on our phones in order to use the TV. The washing machine and coffee machine were mouldy. Bedding had brown stains on them and there was lots of dust and dirt hidden under the bed. On arrival the apartment wasn't ready to use, so we went out while it was being cleaned and when we returned it was in better condition at first glance, but like I've said previously, it's disappointing and very frustrating considering the potential. I don't expect luxury for the money we paid, but I do expect anywhere I stay to be very clean and up to an acceptable standard facilities wise. Overall it's a shame because the owners/hosts seem like nice people.
