I’ve chosen this apartment because of high ratings and many reviews about is a quiet place Reality is a bit different Old building and different renovations are inevitable and every morning we been waked up by construction noice from nearby. Because this apartment it is located inside of the building Is a quiet place from street noice but wooden floors and “paper walls “ are too far from quiet place status if there are any life at neighbors apartments Apartment is dark almost without day light and you need to use lights all the time Bedrooms are small ( one is only to a bed size ) with a small windows located near the ground and all the time it is a feeling like inside cabin at the cruise ship All rooms are with Air conditioners what is very good but they are very loud and of course small size of the rooms doesn’t help to quiet sleep The open stairs from / to bedrooms also might be a problem for children’s or elder people especially if you need to go to a toilet at night because toilet is at the main floor Modern electronic door lock is nice but there is no any additional lock from inside and every night is a not safety feeling that somebody who knows the code can easily enter when you sleep and that also doesn’t help to good sleep.

Sehr gute Lage, mitten im Party District, aber total ruhig in einem Innenhof gelegen. Unser Host war sehr entgegenkommend. Hat uns gute Restaurant Tipps gegeben und war flexibel bei Ankunft- und Abfahrzeiten. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür!

Der einzige negative Punkt für mich war, dass Bad und Toilette im Erdgeschoss sind, und die Schlafzimmer über eine Treppe ohne Geländer erreichbar sind. Aber das lässt sich nicht ändern. Obwohl es auch im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafsofa gibt, wenn jemand nachts schnell mal ins Bad muss, könnte er dort schlafen.
