The worst things is if ever you need support it will not come. First the app. What if you do not have internet then you will never be able to get in! First you need to have an internet to see the video how to get in what if yoy do not have roaming? Second the video in the app showed the wrong door. There are actually 2 doors. You can not control the temperature of the aircon. The shower area is not enclosed so the water goes out in the toilet area. I had to make myself go on the most corner part of shower. Then the next day someone asked if i was checking out when i have just arrived the previous day(I am staying for 3 nights)

Overall we were happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean, the location was good, not far from Tram station and restaurants. The communication was always clear and after reading the instructions, getting into the house and getting the keys from the keybox was very easy. Having an AC was definitely a plus.

The stairwell was sometimes a bit smelly, but we knew that could happen in those houses in Budapest before the trip. In the apartment itself everything was fine. It was often a bit loud during the night in the house, so I definitely would recommend using ear plugs. Just one big towel was provided per person for a stay of 4 nights, that was not ideal and it would be nice if some basic shower gel would be provided.

By far no soundproof walls as stated in the description.

We called it the bumblebee apartment with it's nice yellow to black decor :) The apartment is in a very good location in the city centre and with very close bus/tram/metro stops that can get you anywhere you want. The apartment offers anything you would need and it is very clean. The caretaker is very nice and extremely helpfull if you need anything. The apartment is in the first floor and has an elevator. The bed was comfortable.

Very good location, near bus, metro, tram, supermarket. Everything you need is in the apartment.

Smell of the building was not always very nice but inside the apartment always fine.
