I've read comments about the wonderful host of this property but Viktor exceeded all my expectations. He is the best host of all I have ever met on booking! More like a distant European relative that you haven't seen for a while. Very kind but keeping a polite distance. He was very caring and thoughtful about every detail of our stay since the arrival of our plane. As we've been staying during Christmas season he made sure we didn't miss the main events in the city and that we knew the working hours of public transportation, stores and the baths. That was very kind of him. The apartment is really small but has everything you need. Even an umbrella. I was worried how warm it was in December but the apartment had a perfect heating system. There is an advertisement covering the window which partially blocked the view but created a cozy atmosphere inside the appartment. The location is perfect, everything is within the walking distance. The building has a historical value but at the same time has all comodities like elevator.

Great location. We walked to most places, but got the metro/bus a couple of times which was super easy and there is a metro station and bus stop right outside the property. Comfortable and cosy apartment and Viktor was very welcoming and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Viktor's apartment in central Budapest. The location couldn't have been more convenient—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The building itself, while a bit worn, added an authentic charm that made me feel like I was truly experiencing life in Budapest, rather than staying in a generic hotel. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, and the communal areas (which included a garden where you can leave a bike, and an interesting roof terrace on the 6th floor) had a unique character that I really appreciated. Viktor was an exceptional host, providing clear, helpful information and great tips that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this place for an authentic Budapest experience.

The cleaning room is a bit small.

Great location - great connection to all parts of the city, including airport, but also walking distance to the city center. The room was cozy, and includes everything you need, and the host was very approachable. Would recommend.
