Generally, the place is good. Great location, well designed, well furnished, easy to access, plenty of space in the apartment, every usual facility was available, and when he could be contacted, the host was helpful. Overall, the experience was good. I would stay there again as it was good value for money.

Only two things: 1. Communication/availability of the host could be improved. He did not respond to my request to check in about 2 hours early, so there was a lack of clarity about this even though I had booked the place over 1 week before the stay began. When I then arrived about 2 hours before the usual check-in time (which I had said would be the case when I booked the place), I spent about 15 minutes calling, emailing, and sending Whatsapp messages to the host, but could not reach him. Thankfully I was able to make private arrangements to drop off my bags elsewhere. About 15 mins after I left, check in information was provided by a message on booking.com with no acknowledgment of my attempts to make contact. 2. Perhaps unfortunately, I found a large living cockroach roaming the studio apartment on my second (and last) evening. I trapped it under a cup and notified the host. The place otherwise appeared very clean and I honestly cannot complain about cleanliness, except for this point.

- ottima posizione - pavimento del bagno riscaldato - appartamento corrispondente alle foto - ascensore - struttura facilmente raggiungibile seguendo le indicazioni fornite

- host assente prima e durante il soggiorno, alle nostre richieste non ha mai risposto; - frigorifero non funzionante, per il quale giustamente abbiamo chiesto informazioni ma non abbiamo mai ottenuto risposta; - abbiamo richiesto (più volte) se fosse presente l’asciugacapelli ma non abbiamo mai ottenuto risposta, difatti l’asciugacapelli non era presente all’interno dell’appartamento; - presumibilmente nell’appartamento di fianco era presente una lavatrice che durante il funzionamento creava dei forti rumori negli scarichi del nostro appartamento; - per 4 notti sono stati forniti solo 2 asciugamani a persona (1 da viso e uno da doccia); - materasso scomodo

Everything was really lovely other then the fact the toilet/ bathroom had a smell. We got let in early and it was easy to get to the room as instructions were clear.

Localizarea apartamentului și facilitățile au fost foarte bune a fost foarte ușor de administrat totul, nu a funcționat frigiderul dar asta nu a fost o problemă!
