The apartment is situated very close to the center, near a lot of public transport stops, near a main shopping streat and the river. It has an elevator in the building, which is great, as it is an old building with high floors. There are also roller blinds which was awesome!

Indeed the process of registering was a bit strange. Hosts are sending a link to a different site and you need to varify by taking a photo of an ID. And I do understand that they need some information, but didn't felt quite comfortable doing that. We also had some issues with locking the apartment and thus had some safety concerns. We had booked it for 2 adults and a kid, but the sofa was not prepared. And the sheets on the bed were not very nice. And overall the apartment felt a bit sad (not sure how else to describe it).

The studio was very nicely appointed. It felt modern, yet cozy. The space was bright and got nice morning sunlight. It was very convenient to have electric shutters. When I was there, it was very quiet also during the night.

The heating was way too hot. I turned it down completely but even after two days it was still heated too much. The bathroom was even worse. It was like a sauna. I would have appreciated to have at least handsoap! A coffee machine would have been very nice, too. A list of TV channels would bee helpful.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The check in was very easy, clear, the best. Very comfortable beds.

The place was a bit cold, the air-conditioning was not strong enough.

Very good location. Easy access to land marks or public transport. Airport bus less than 10 mins walk.

Bathroom was a bit smelly until we put water down drains.

Location, value for money, and overall aesthetic and cleanliness

The lack of a person on the property is always going to be a disadvantage, but a contact number straight to the host available to answer problems solved our issues needed
