Uncomfortable bed, washing machine is not working

The location is really good, close to a lot of restaurants.and located in a cute street full of shops.

The property itself. It is super tiny, much smaller than it looks in the pictures. There's barely enough space to open the suitcase. We were being instructed to carry the suitcase through the courtyard because of noise, there were lots of instructions not to use multiple appliances at the same time, and there was a washing machine but visitors cannot use it and are being asked to go to the laundromat. The toiletries provided were a joke, the soap, the shower gel and the shampoo were different containers that all contained the same blue liquid. At the end of my stay I was being asked to give a good review including suggestions on what to write - as a reward they were offering a rebate on the next stay and a price draw for a free stay. But this was disappointing enough that I don't even want to stay there for free again.

The host bribes you with 10% off your next stay and entry into a free weekend lottery IF you give a perfect 10/10 review. I believe this is corrupt and skews the accuracy of reviews. With strict early checkout at 10am (threat of 60 euro charge if late), I expect a cleaner unit upon checkin at 3pm (hair on the shower walls, sheets smell like perfume instead of detergent etc). The shower is as pictured but the hose which is connected to the sink has a hole in it so water floods the bathroom no matter what you do. The addition of a coffee mug and toiletries beyond hand soap poured into various bottles would be more hospitable. 7/10 is an honest review for this accommodation. Thank you

The location is amazing..really a brilliant location for a first time visitor ...only sorry I counld not stay longer. Everything you require for a very comfortable stay is in the apartment...impressed nice job ...communication and instructions for getting into the apartment 10 out of 10....and did I also mention how great the location is 10 out of 10

The studio is very small ...it just physically is...BUT ..this is why I am so impressed with all of the comforts and facilities provided...I understand it's small BUT 10 out of 10 for how to maximize a small space...it works it really does ...please do not take this as a negative comment.

Excellent value for money. A cosy appartment in the centre of Budapest. Very good location,at the main promenade, close to Danube river and all Buda and Pest tourist attractions. A 5 - minute walk to restaurants supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi) as well as main market hall , subway, bus, and tram stops. 500m to 100E express bus going directly to the airport. Very clean and well equiped place with strong Wi - Fi and AC. Excellent communication with the owners. Very clear instructions for self checkin. Thank you once again for your hospitality.

Located in a central area, ideal for exploring Budapest, just a few steps from the major attractions of the city. The apartment, although small, is well-equipped and perfect for a city break. Excellent value for money!
