Good apartment in new house. Suitable location near the metro station in the centre city.

We liked the apartment. It was located close to the center, in a quiet area, cozy, clean, warm, comfortable, well designed, with laminate flooring, a big balcony, a kitchen and all the necessary equipment and devices to live not only for a short term, but also for a long time (a TV-set, internet, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker machine, electric kettle, toaster, baking paper, foil etc.). The furniture was enough and it was very comfortable. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and convenient transportation system. We'll recommend it other guests and our friends.

Our overall impression was very good, but it would be better if there was a coat rack, paper towels, shower gel and one more electrical socket in the bedroom or at least an extension cord (there is no place to turn on the night light on the other side of the bed or charge another phone). It might be very nice if the owner manage to get rid of the unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Lack of a wall or curtain in the shower means that the bathroom is permanently wet. Cooking utensils are a bit lacking (no cooking knives, only one tiny pot and a pan without side walls).
