Mokka Apartments

Great apartment, private parking, very nice host! We enjoyed our one night stay. We'd definitely love to stay here again soon.

Nothing to do with the apartment. Apartment was fantastic with fantastic location. We are from South Africa and do not understand the language. Not many people in Miskolc speaks fluent English. We purchased a Hungary Pass for all our travels and were under the impression that we could use the pass on all urban transport. This was not the case on the MVK. We showed our pass to an inspector on the local tram when he asked for a ticket. He could not speak English and was very agro and charged us a fine of 24000 ft for our family of 4 people. He just said pay or police is all he could say in English. Well we paid since we did not want any trouble. I would have gladly bought the correct ticket on the train if he explained it like that. A young man then assisted us who could speak English. The inspector did not want to listen to any reason whatsoever. This all within the first hour of being in Miskolc. Note that all notices concerning public transport is in Hungarian. Just keep that in mind whe visiting Miskolc.

The apparent is in a great location with private parking. It’s well equipped (kettle, coffee machines, wash machine, 2 TVs).

Depending on your preference it can be positive, but there is a bar across the square and it can be loud until midnight.

Good location in the city centre. Few minutes walking to the historical sights, restaurants and stores. Safe underground parking. Very clean appartment with well-equippped kitchen. Attentive management. We were met and given a key on arrival, and left it in the box on departure.

The weather should have been a bit more friendly :)

Clean big rooms very big spaces nice couch and kitchen etc and safe great security . Underground parking behind 2 locked gates . No worries about car was nice stay would rent again wish could have stayed longer . Host spoke English very nice easy to check in and check out .

Bed a little hard for my taste .

The room (on the 1st floor) was central, very large with balcony and underground safe parking.

There was a strong and unpleasant smell outside the entrance and inside the apartment, especially in the kitchen and the sitting room.
