JA 12 Apartment

I loved the location, how clean it was. And the friendly lady who came to see me into the apartment. Location is great.

JA12 is on a noisy street - if you are a light sleeper this may be a problem. The bed was not great, and the pillows were terrible. Lumpy and just not good. Please get new pillows! I was staying solo and was left with only 1 single cover - again, this is weird. The apartment needs mirror full body. The shower head does not have stand on the wall - you have to hold it. Showering with one hand is not ideal, and is something simple to fix - so please do that! However; it’s cheap, I guess you get what you pay for. This apartment is a business for some local person, trying to make an income. No thought extra is given other than Money Money Money. Check out is early, 10am. Cleaner came 9:45 and started to buzz the flat. Again, I think checkout should be 11am. This is summer holiday people!

It is a very good location, a very clean room.

They are renovating the building and from the outside, it looks a bit old and not very well maintained, but this impression is gone as soon you enter the room.

It was very centric! Everything walking distance

The location is PERFECT, we never had to use public transportation because it was very close (max 20 minutes walking) to all the main attractions, and it is also very close to the airport bus stop. The area is very nice too.

Even tho the bedroom and the bathroom were very clean, all the cutlery and the dishes were quite dirty and we needed to clean them before use them to eat. Another thing that could be improved is that the curtains in the bedroom are too short so you can see a line of light in the morning since there are not shutters.

Excellent location in the centre. Easy access to everything. Clean and comfortable apartment. Value for money.

hot water ran out quickly and there were no face towels

Super stay in Budapest for Christmas. Nice warm apartment, small but very functional. Very central area, you turn a corner and you find the Cathedral of Santo Stefano without even looking for it. Well served by buses. Excellent location. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, clubs... all here just a few meters away. Easy check in, communicative owner whom I thank and greet. Magnificent Budapest. I will definitely come back and look for J12 Apartment.
