Semmi, odáig nem jutottunk el, hogy lássuk az apartmant

A szállást előre kifizettük (2 szoba+nappali). Érkezés előtt felhívtuk őket, hogy hogyan történik a kulcsátadás. Akkor tájékoztattak, hogy kiadták másnak a szállást, mert több időre foglaltak. De fel tudják ajánlani az 1 szobás lakást, vagy egy régi panzióban 2 szobát. Természetesen ugyan azon az áron. Mondtuk, hogy ezt nem kérjük. Nekünk kellett jelezni, hogy a foglalás árát utálják vissza. Erre kaptunk is ígéretet, hogy "hétfőn reggel az első dolguk lesz". Az utalás nem jött meg hétfő délután 2ig. Mikor felhívtuk őket, a szállásadó kioktatott, hogy még van a napból 10 óra, ők még ráérnek utalni. Ezek után megérkezett az összeg, de a rossz tapasztalat maradt. Szerencse, hogy tudtunk másik szállást foglalni Tihanyban ezen a hétvégén, mert biciklis verseny volt, nyilvánvalóan nagyon sok turista volt a környéken. A vendégekhez való hozzáállás miatt nem ajánlom!
