Nagyon kedvező a fekvése, szép helyen van, a belső tó mellett, az ablakból csodálatos kilátás nyílik a tóra. Ízléses, modern a kialakítás, berendezés, jól felszerelt. Kívül esik a fizetőövezeten, de van pár saját parkolója is.
