I stayed here from December 26 to 28. The location is definitely the strongest aspect of this apartment and makes it convenient for exploring the city.

Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival. There were no sheets on the beds, and the trash had not been taken out. We immediately made a complaint, after which a cleaner came to the apartment. However, even after the cleaning, the apartment was still very dirty and did not feel properly prepared for guests. Because of this, we felt uncomfortable staying there, and the overall experience was quite unpleasant.

Φαινόταν παραμελημένο με πολλές βρωμιές αράχνες και βρήκαμε από τοὺς προηγούμενους ένοικους στην ηλεκτρική κουζίνα ( φούρνο ) πατατες ( έστειλα και φωτό )

Very very spacious and very secure, no problems at all and it had everything that we needed for our 4 night stay.

We struggled to get hot water working for a bath but that may have been down to us not understanding how to work the hot water properly but it wasn't a problem as the shower was fine.

The location is good. That's the only good thing we can say about this place.

We had to take official action against this property manager and wound up getting refunded by booking (which they referred to as theft and pressured us to pay them on their own platform or call the police) because the property is dirty, the shower was broken, multiple things and pieces of furniture was broken and it is false advertising to use the photos they are when it isn't even close to what is currently there which is actually illegal in Hungary. We repeatedly asked for help and they said they couldn't/wouldn't do anything and then they just ignored us. They said they sent someone to fix our shower once while we were away but there were no signs that actually happened and the shower continued to back up with sewage so... They cancelled our booking randomly without speaking to us. They gave us absolutely no direction on what that meant. So we called Booking to sort it out because we felt really overwhelmed and confused... If this property management company had just done their job our trip would have been so lovely and they would have their money, but they refused. So, we worked with Booking and Booking refunded us. Then they completely went in the other direction when we got refunded through Booking (I guess they pull this a lot on tourists but aren't used to being held accountable) and acted like we had scammed them (we just finally got some actual justice), tried to evict us with no notice, and threatened to call the police. We weren't doing anything wrong or unethical. We were asking for them to do their jobs and for them to communicate.
